PET POLICY:

If you are traveling with your furry friend:

• One dog is welcome for an additional fee of $100 per stay.

• Please keep them off the couches, beds, and other furniture

• Please pick up after your pet both inside and outside

• Any waste left by the dog that is not picked up will be a $100 fee



For security purposes, there is a camera located in the backyard above the kitchen door (exterior only). There is also a camera located on the upper balcony facing the driveway. All cameras record video only and are positioned outdoors. There are no cameras inside the home.

We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay.
