An oasis featuring a heated pool, where quiet luxury meets backyard tranquility.

Enjoy our family home with yours! Close to all main freeways, Westgate, Outlet stores, Spring Training, Barrett Jackson, Golf, and all things AZ. Relax in our spacious rooms that sleep 6 people.

3 bedrooms that sleep 6, plus if you need extra room we have 1 Queen high-rise air mattress and 1 Queen regular air mattress. You can add 4 people in the den. Sit and relax with backyard patios, a BBQ area/firepit, a Pool lounging area, and seating with a gas fire pit. Another patio with a big screen TV with comfortable sofas. Enjoy your coffee on the patio with seating for 4, enjoy the sun, or use the umbrella for shade. Lush green lawn for kids and animals to play. Enclosed fenced heated play pool 3' 5 ' 4 ' . Relax and play some volleyball and enjoy the pool toys and floats.
Pets allowed. $25 per animal, per night. Pet bowls and balls are available in the laundry room.
Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with a coffee bar and all the tools you will need to cook a great meal for family and friends.
As you enter the home, watch your step as you step down into the living room with a pool table and large TV. Enjoy movies in the den with a 72-inch TV and a kiddie corner with toys & games. The den is spacious with a desk and electric fireplace for your enjoyment. Portable crib available on request. Parking for 4 cars + in the private driveway.

Communication prior to check in was extremely detailed and easy! This place was everything we could have wanted and more...I wish we would've stayed longer! Pool was awesome, outdoor seating area was relaxing. The kitchen has more dishes and gadgets than you'd ever want. Tina of games, Entertainment and tvs! Great location too! Highly recommend!

Stayed here the end of May. Location was great for us to be close to Peoria and Glendale. PLENTY of space. Living room with t.v. was great with comfy leather couches and a big t.v. Directions for the remotes would be even better. Big pool table, which we did not use. Good size kitchen, which we didn’t use except for coffee, leftovers and to keep food. We enjoyed the outdoor seating area, but only early in the am as we don’t love the heat. Did not use the pool, but it looked nice. Fantastic bathroom towels!! So fluffy! Water pressure good too. Bedrooms are good size and appreciated being able to put my suitcase on a bench and not the floor. Not sure if the air controller was on a timer. We got there and it was about 82 in the house. We did lower it, but when we got back from our evening out it was off, so don’t know if it was on a timer or just us. Rest of the time was fine. No other issues about the a/c. It’s a great place to stay. If we come back to the area we definitely would. Communication with the owners was fast and they were great in answering my questions. The only thing I would warn you about is there are a few very short steps in the main area, 3-4. They are more decorative but not sure if a wheelchair could traverse them. My mil had a walker and it wasn’t a problem for her to hold our arms go up and down. The owners are very good with signs about them in the house and via email. 5 Stars!

2025 Brewer Spring Training

Very nice property, great communication from manager. We immensely enjoyed our stay at the property. Just a few things we noticed, the lighting over the kitchen sink is not good, and the undercounter light was not working. (Can't be fixed if you were not notified) There were too many remote controls for lighting, tvs, etc. which made things confusing. The property was in a great location, clean, inviting, and had all the necessities needed. It would be nice if the pool were always heated, even if the cost was slightly higher. It seems it would be more expensive to turn heat on/off for every guest instead of just heating it continuosly. Just our opinion. Would stay again and highly recommend! Thank you Denise!

Spring Training

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was our first time to use a VRBO, and it was so easy. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and it was close to both Peoria Sports Complex and Scottsdale Stadium. When I had a question for Denise, she was very quick to send a reply. Would use this property again.

Winter escape

Nice place. As advertised. Neighborhood is nice and safe. Felt comfortable with my kids playing outside. Ice cream truck came everyday around 5 pm which the kids had a great time with (we don’t have these back home). Didn’t pay to have the pool heated but we enjoyed it still.

Pool Daze

We had a great week hanging out in the backyard with coffee in the morning and some wine by the fire pit at night! My 12 year old daughter lived in the pool for hours! Denise was very responsive and easy to work with. We will definitely be back!

Weekend of concerts

We had two concerts Thursday night and Saturday night. Instead if driving back and forth from Tucson we made a mini vaca. The house is very comfortable. I swam every night and Saturday. We had pur mini schnauzer and he was comfortable too.

Sister's get together

Very nice and relaxing time with sister's. Pool was great, would of liked a bar or something to hold onto while getting in and out. We are old ladies 😆. House was cool and clean everything and more than we needed!

Nice house, great pool but hot

POOL was awesome!! Guest beds were very comfortable. House in general was well stock with supplies. Master bed was very hard so we slept poorly due to the mattress and due to the heat. The biggest issue with this vacation rental was the AC settings. You were unable to set the Nest thermostat to a schedule so it would automatically increase to 77-80 degrees every 2 hours. We then had to keep turning it down, then the Owner LOCKED US OUT of the AC system so now we had to message them every time it would change back to baseline which was every 2 hours. We were originally informed 72 degrees is what people in Arizona keep their houses at but we want you to be comfortable so we will turn it down further. Well we are from WA and not used to 90+ degree weather yet so 72 for us is still tooooo hot!!!!! The Owner did assist us and turn the AC system back down but what a pain to have to interrupt my vacation to keep messaging the Owner to do this. There is a ring camera on the front door and it seems like they were watching us to see when we left and then turned the AC system back up so when you came back it was locked and set back up to 77-80 degrees and it took hours to get the temperature decreased thus you are hot and can't sleep well.

Nice house great pool!

Nice location. Easy to get on the 101 freeway. Great for Cards Football ,Concerts and Spring Training. Shopping for gas , groceries and big shopping malls all very close.

Great setup at this house!

The home has an awesome layout with space for everyone and so much to do. There's a pool and a pool table, plus an awesome backyard sitting area. It was very well stocked with everything you need and the host is super nice and accommodating.

Felt like Home

We were very impressed with how spacious and cozy the home is. Our bulldog loved the patio for morning sunbathing, the backyard stayed cool thanks to the tree and curtains. The house is close to the stadiums and the family we were visiting. Wish we spent more time there, we did enjoy early swims and playing pool. Sports Weekend

Perfect house for high school sports weekend on west side of town. Close to baseball fields and State Farm Stadium. BBQ and pool make it what you need.
