"We felt and saw they they have not Dusted in a long time. The floors were dirty feet were black from walking around in the condo. The rug in front of couch was so so dirty and stained. It was gross. We had no mom or swifter to clean up the floor. Other than that we had a good time and enjoyed the condo. Instructions we very simple and short. Loved that."

"This location couldn’t be better! Plethora of options is no exaggeration and the proximity to the mall is an added bonus. With rising temps, we managed 4 mile walks indoors every morning while window shopping before stores opened. We would both recommend as well as return."

"It was clean, quiet and in a good location. The kitchen met my needs. Suggestions: 1. Hang curtains over the blinds. The blinds make it private but they don't block out light at night. 2. There's need for a grab bar in the shower. 3. Get a real coffee maker. I drink organic coffee. I would never drink keurig coffee. "

"We stayed here at the end of a two-week trip and chose the location because it was close to the Phoenix airport. This place was a great value. It had what we needed, was up-to-date, and was in a really great area. I had not realized how enormous the Fashion Square mall was, and it is literally across the street from this set of condos. We walked to and enjoyed seeing Old Town Scottsdale, just south of the mall. It was also close to the Desert Botanical Gardens. The area was safe and quiet. Jim...

"We struggled with the VRBO app as they made changes. The owner was prompt with all questions and had to be a little creative to get what we needed to us. We enjoyed the quiet, the turtle doves, with the screened in porch looking out to the lake being our go to spot. The beds and bedding made our sleep comfortable. I will return if I go to Phoenix again."
