Hyatt Regency Phoenix
No, it was not clean. We complained and they took care of it. They also reversed some of our charges that we charged to the room.

Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak
Staff was 100% wonderful. First room pretty filthy carpet, noisy - whole area in need of (already planned) renovation. Staff helpfully switched our room, which was better, but still rather worn. Kids LOVED the pools, slide, lazy river, putt putt. Just wish the hours were longer.
