"Great place for me and two coworkers to stay while working in Phoenix. Very accommodating for our schedule. The place was clean and secure. My door lock code did not work however, it was not a big deal and the physical key was available. I didn’t feel the need to get the issue resolved but I am confident it would have been quickly."

"This spacious 2 bedroom condo was pure perfection, tucked away in a peaceful gated community that ensured safety and security which was important to me and great for kids. The pool and hot tub were the highlight of our stay, and we were located right near the Biltmore which was ideal for shopping, dining, yoga, and unique coffee shops! I definitely recommend, and hope to stay here again for a great getaway home away from home. "

"This is our second stay and has become our favorite place. We travel to phoenix to visit our daughter and we take our dog. This place is just perfect. Great location, close to our golf course and restaurants. The fenced yard is great for the dog and has options for outdoor seating that we enjoy. Always wish i could stay longer!"

"We loved it at The Midtown Carriage House. Exquisite details and beautiful design make it luxurious and elegant. Every possible element to ensure comfort and ease — wonderful bed, first class linens, nicely equipped kitchen. Plus Alexa made it easy to work the lights! The gracious host couldn't have been more accommodating, with prompt messaging and friendly communication. Our Phoenix family was impressed and so were we! Thank you for a perfect stay."

"First of all, location was absolutely great. Safe neighborhood in Melrose District, great walking/biking along the canal, easy distance to lots of great restaurants. Casita itself was as advertised, nice space for two people and a dog. It needs a bit of a deep cleaning. Hosts were nice people and accommodating. Only surprise is that this is a SHARED space. Casita itself is private, but it’s located in the hosts’ backyard (have to go through the car port to get to the casita). Shared outdoor...

"We found it difficult to see the address from the street. The property was very clean. We did not use the shower because we were afraid there would be warer all over the floor. "

"The shower is dangerous. It's completely open with no enclosure whatsoever, no shower curtain, no handrail or grab bar, not even a non-skid mat. The tiles on the walls and floor are highly glazed creating a serious safety hazard for any guest. It is an accident waiting to happen. There are also loose electrical wall outlets throughout, one of which has an exposed wire sticking out from under the outlet cover. There are no clocks in the house. There are no nightlights either, dangerous for guests...
