"Property needs renovation and repairs however it was fine to stay for the weekend if you don’t plan to be in your room often. No temperature self regulation, it just gets turned on and off automatically. The 1915 restaurant is on the expensive side and the diner closes early. The main property, restaurants, etc are a drive from the stone cottages. Plan for extra travel time if in the stone cottages, there is only a one way exit and requires travel out of the way to turn around and get back to...

"It was nice and new, large room and clean. We ate dinner at the bar. Ordered the steak it was terrible and got the carrot appetizer the bartender raved about, it was terrible as well. Breakfast was very good and the staff was welcoming. Not much around the hotel for other dinning or entertainment options. You’d have to drive."

"We had such a great stay with Guido. We were about 5 minutes from family, and we needed a place to stay with our golden retriever. The property was perfect and a short ride to Mohonk, Walden and Montgomery. There was a significant snow storm during our stay, and Guido quickly cleared a path out for us.
