Kitchen & Dining Area

Culinary Setup: Fully stocked with stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave).

Essentials: Keurig coffee machine, toaster, cookware, cookware set, and dish ware for 4.

Dining: Sleek eating counter with bar seating for quick breakfasts or evening drinks.



Dedicated Workspace

Ergonomics: Quiet nook featuring a spacious desk, comfortable task chair, and convenient power outlets for remote work.



Bedrooms (Sleeping for 4)

Primary Bedroom: Queen-sized bed with a high-density memory foam mattress, blackout shades, and a large walk-in closet.

Guest Bedroom: Queen bed fitted with breathable linens, bedside reading lamps, and a dedicated dresser for belongings.

Bathroom 1: En-suite layout with a glass walk-in shower, backlit mirror, and generous counter space.

Bathroom 2: Full guest bath featuring a deep tub/shower combination, plush bath sheets, and complimentary bath essentials.

PLEASE NOTE: Every booking includes a $75 Damage Protection Program covering up to $150 in accidental damages.

We do not offer on-site parking; however, there are paid parking options available nearby, including on surrounding streets within close proximity.



GUEST VERIFICATION REQUIREMENT:

To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal, and/or, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

• 🪪 Reminder: We require a valid photo ID from all guests staying at the property.

• Building Requirement: For building security and registration purposes, the primary booking guest must be at least 21 years old and must be staying at the property for the full reservation. If the person arranging the stay is under 21, the accompanying guest who is 21+ must be the one to book the reservation, be listed as the primary guest, and stay at the property for the entire reservation.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:



« You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

« You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in.

« You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the owner, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.

« You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.



All guests are subject to verification checks and are required to provide the necessary information to us within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings are required to provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification check criteria.



Pets ARE allowed depending on size, please let us know beforehand and be upfront about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation. The following additional PER Pet Cleaning Fee applies:



Pet Cleaning Fees (per pet):

• 1–4 nights: $35/day

• 5–29 nights: $250

• 30+ nights: $400
