An initial supply of essentials (toiletries, basic items) is provided. Guests are responsible for replenishing consumables as needed during their stay.

Please note that only street parking is available.
Pet Policy:
If you plan to bring a pet, a fee of $125 per pet applies. A second pet will incur an additional $125 fee. We request a photo and vet records for each pet.
Dogs are allowed for long-term stays.

Linens:
We provide extra linens only upon request made before arrival. Sofa beds and air mattresses will only include linens if booked for appropriate occupancy ahead of time.

A noise detection device monitors volume levels inside the unit (decibel levels only; no audio recording).
Please note: The living room is the only area equipped with a TV.
