The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, need climb 3 flight stairs referring in photos, and more privacy . Easy access to public transportation, Close to CHOP, HUP, UPenn ,Drexel, 30TH train station ,etc. Also there are many restaurants and stores nearby ! 3 minutes walk to Clark park to get some fresh air and relax in nature view. Keyless self-check In ,High speed Wifi and 24/7 exterior video surveillance ! Ideal for college & family visiting, business traveller and other pleasure !

✦Bedrooms: our cozy and charming 2 bedrooms furnished with one comfortable King bed and two flexible twin beds .

✦Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials for cooking, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, free coffee supply etc.

✦Bathroom : a new modern and brightly bathroom supplied with Fresh towels and all essentials, also great water pressure for shower.

✯The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, need climb 3 flight stairs referring in photos, and more privacy .

✯Parking: 2 hours limit Front street parking (8 am-8pm on Mon-Fri ) , No limit on weekend. There are 2 streets on the back and side are not limited and easy find ---our suggestion parking area.

✯For safety concern :Only registered guests are allowed(any visitor require notice in advance),otherwise take action as trespassing . 24/7 video surveillance at exterior of building .

✯We have a strict no smoking ,no party and quiet hours(9pm-7am)policy.Failure to adhere to those policies will result a fine, and the possible cancelation of your stay without a refund or eviction .More details please referring our house rules .

✯ Unauthorized late checkout will result fine , please contact us 3 days in advance for the flexible accommodation

Lovely accommocation in a quiet street

We had a very comfortable 2 nights stay when visiting Philadelphia for the first time. The accommodation and clean and modern. Parking was okay for us but has to be in nearby street. We used public transport to access city centre which was very easy. Thanks to the host for good communication and early access to the property

This is a wonderful property in a lovely neighborhood. The space is beautiful, comfortable, and well equipped. I had no trouble with parking as there was plenty of unrestricted parking in the neighborhood, and unrestricted in front of the property during the night and on the weekend. The property is walkable to many stores/restaurants, and only a 5 minute drive to the center of University City and CHOP where we are visiting our hospitalized grandbaby. Ivy is a great host, very communicative and attentive to detail. I have stayed in her other property as well. I met people staying in the downstairs apartment and they were very pleased about their visit as well. 5 star property and host. We will be coming every few weeks to Philadelphia for now and we will always look first to check availability of this host's properties. It takes so much of the stress off the situation to know we are coming 'home' to a safe and beautiful space.

Nice place outside of the city

Easy parking. Nice area and close proximity to a lot of stuff. My kids loved the room and the beds were very comfortable. The only thing is that there were bugs in the sugar container. Wife recommended that instead of the sugar container to just use sugar packets.

Nice place!

We enjoyed our stay. This apartment is clean and welcoming. Ivy does a great job managing the property as is noted by the outside landscaping and well done interior finishes and helpful touches that make a stay here very comfortable. Parking was ok and we felt safe on Cedar Street. We used the 34 trolley into Center City with relative ease since the stop is one block away. I would certainly return or recommend this rental to anyone wanting to spread out and enjoy Philadelphia from a residential home base.

Stay was great

3rd floor apartment, very cute. Small kitchen with everything youd need. There was a great mexican resturant around the block about a minute walk to get to. Parking was better than we expected. Ivy was great with communication. We picked this stay because it had a crib, highchair and stroller, it also had kida toys a changing "table" and diapers! Not sure what size as we had our own but I thought that was nice.It is very bright in the rooms that was my only "negative" but its more of a personal opinion and with a child darker i better for naps so we hung some blankets over the windows to help. Overall great stay and no true complaints!

Clean, Cozy, and Beautiful!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was clean and looked exactly as portrayed online via photos. The location was ideal and felt safe. The design of the property was very thoughtful with 2 twin beds in one of the bedrooms that our children stayed in, a kitchen with all necessary appliances, and a very comfortable master bedroom that also had a crib available. The property even had a bin full of toys that our kids really enjoyed playing with. We usually visit Philly annually to visit my husband’s family and hope to stay here again! Thank you Ivy for being such a wonderful and accommodating host and for being so responsive. Our family had a wonderful time!

University City gem

With charming decor and comfortable furnishings, the host has provided everything needed for a most enjoyable stay in this third floor walk-up. A fantastic rain head shower and very soft, absorbent towels made for a great morning start. The kitchen is well-stocked. The firm king bed mattress did not cause any back pain as I feared it might. Parking was no problem and it is a 10-15 min drive to CHOP and other medical facilities in Civic Center Blvd depending on traffic. We would definitely book a stay with Ivy again.

Property was perfect for our stay. We took advantage of patronizing several local restaurants (Clarkville, Local 44, Gold Standard Cafe, etc.) We felt safe - super proximity to U Penn and strolls in Clarke Park. Ivy was easy to communicate with and we had a very enjoyable week!

nice place, very small

The property is very well maintained and has been updated recently. It was smaller than I expected, basically just 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. Also, I wasn't familiar with Philadelphia at all. This neighborhood is ok, but it's very near to a not so nice section of town.

Wonderful place!!! Amazing host!!!

We traveled to Philadelphia to visit CHOP. This apartment is on the third floor but well worth it! The host is amazing with communication and quick with responses. Our family of four will be staying here again. The host has thought of so many small details to make this an easy stay for children for sure. Strollers, crib, high chair, etc for little ones. Our kids shared the room with two twin beds and had plenty of space. The decor is very pleasing. My favorite part was the feeling of home away from home with gardens, plants, and fairy lights! The neighborhood felt safe and seemed very central for our travels to CHOP and sight seeing. Highly recommend this VRBO!!! Excellent on everything!!!

Clean and comfortable

Apartment is on the 3rd floor, and is well appointed for a quick stay. I will warn that live music was played on Thursday and Friday night on the opposite street and in the second bedroom was very loud until well after midnight both nights. Everything worked and all of it felt very upscale. We took some time to walk around the neighborhood to visit the nearby shops and restaurants.

Absolutely perfect

The space was perfect for our family. Ivy has thought of everything and you can tell much thought and love has gone into all the details. The space was immaculately clean, beds were comfortable, and the space to spread out a bit was perfect. Easy to get around and newly remodeled, we highly recommend you stay here too! We enjoyed walking a few times nearby for meals, drove to downtown a few times, and explored U Penn. Perfect location.

This property is SO comfy & cozy. Perfectly appointed & comfortable!

We had a very nice stay at this beautiful apartment while we visited our daughter at Penn. The owner has meticulously outfitted the apartment with everything a guest could possibly need. It is situated in a 'transitional" neighborhood - some buildings still need repair, while others like this one have been fully renovated, which did give us a little pause as we drove up. But the building is very thoughtfully renovated and we felt very secure and comfortable. The owner has added great (even charming) outdoor lighting, and inside was thoroughly comfortable, charmingly decorated, and perfectly maintained. We appreciated the modern climate control, comfy bed in the master bedroom, fully equipped kitchen & bath, and two single beds (quite firm) in a separate bedroom for our teen (no pull-out couch for her this time!). While we didn't need it, we noticed the apartment seemed well-equipped to accommodate an infant, with a crib in the master bedroom and a highchair and a couple of other items (all new-looking) tucked into the closet. We needed a quick dinner before heading to an event, and lucked out with the Vietnam Cafe just a couple of blocks away (great food, full of families celebrating birthdays and such). We did not need to park a car, but there seemed to be a space open right out front each time we came back. We easily got an Uber pickup/dropoff to get us around. We hope to be back!

Very comfortable, spacious and clean

We stayed with our teen aged and adult daughter and the place was roomy, clean and well-appointed. It was like staying in a large hotel suite, and even the beds were comfortable. We walked the neighborhood and ate at local places, and the owner was quick to respond to our questions. The unit does not have a living room space, but we gathered on the cushy love seat and around the kitchen table. We would definitely stay again in the future.
