Directly between Northern Liberties and Fishtown, with wonderful restaurants, cafes, nightlife and entertainment for the kiddies to explore and enjoy. 4Bedrooms, 3FULL Bathrooms, and all the furnishings to make you feel comfortable and at home!

Other things to note
*** Roofdeck: We do not allow people on the roofdeck after 9pm due to potential for neighbor disturbances. This is monitored closely and will be enforced. If we receive a neighbor complaint due to people on the roofdeck after this time, regulations require us to evict you without refund.

If you, your group, or reservation details are comprised of one or more of the following, we kindly ask that you send a property inquiry PRIOR TO BOOKING to avoid cancelation. You can do so by clicking ‘contact host’ under the listing property description and should include more about yourself and your group, age range of the group, and the total number of guests which will be at the property (whether spending the night or not):
*Local guests to the area or suburbs (within 45 minute drive) of the rental property
*University or High School students
*Reservation check-in falling within 30 days of booking
If you do not send us an inquiry prior to booking as described above, we have the right to request cancellation due to us being uncomfortable with the reservation under VRBO´s Instant Book Policy

Please note, while we do enjoy hosting your pet on our property, the type allowed is at our discretion and there will be a charge of $50.00 per pet before VRBO's taxes and fees.

1) No guests are permitted at the property without prior notice and approval; if guests are allowed, they are only permitted between the hours of 8am and 12am.
2) Excessive noise is prohibited and violators are subject to fines and penalties.
