Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in this area of Philly. We worried ahead of time about parking, but did not have issues finding street parking, even with snow piles. "The house was spotless when we arrived and well equipped. We had an issue with our heat and the owner addressed it immediately which was much appreciated. Parking was easy as described. The neighborhood was pretty quiet for being in Philly! There are stores nearby if you need anything. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would stay again!We did stay with our 3 year old and the only suggestion I have is to have something to cover/block the basement stairs. There was a big draft coming upstairs...

"The host are very welcoming! Right away reached out with standard info we would need like passcode for lock box, wifi name & pw, etc. They were prompt with replying to messages. Additional we have a rear wheel drive car * it was are misfortune that there was a snowstorm. I reached out to the host explaining my situation and they allowed us to book an additional night unexpectedly. So prayers we can drive out tomorrow. Overall, it's a charming home and comfortable beds. "
