Some feedback on room hygiene since we were staying with our toddler that we expected the towels to be exchanged by new ones if we keep them on floor indicating they needed to be replaced, but it wasn’t done till we informed about it to the staff. "Absolut fantastisk ophold.
Vores vært stod altid klar til at hjælpe. Om så vi skulle på udflugt, køres ned i centrum, have vasket tøj, have mad, have massage o.l, så stod Dewa og hans familie klar.
Ekstrem hyggelig stemning og helt sikkert et sted jeg vil tilbage til.
Vi var i tvivl om der var toilet med bad tilknyttet begge dele af huset - og ja det er der 👍"

"The book was out of date so when I booked a tour, I still had more to pay for when I arrived. They admitted that tour in the book has not been available since January and it's May now.
The food is hit or miss.
Overall really gorgeous and incredible property, short walk to Ubud main area and very quiet next to the jungle.
Pool is a fun shape, but impossible to swim any laps in because of it and with the mix up on tours, food being just so-so, for the price tag of this place, I really expected...

"The Mayaloka Villas in Ubud was a paradise. The room was spacious and comfortable with a glass back wall open to the private pool. The bathroom was spacious and clean. I did not like the way the shower was open to the rest of the bathroom as water was able to be splashed everywhere. The lighting could have been better. The pool was inviting and we used it twice. "Our villa with private pool was fantastic - very spacious, great A/C and excellent showers (there are multiple!) with great water pressure and lots of hot water. The wifi was surprisingly good (over 100/100). Delicious breakfast that you can have delivered to the villa at no additional cost. Loved that they provided a huge water dispenser with drinking water on the room!"
