"A equipe foi fantástica. Todos sem exceção extremamente atenciosos. O hotel deixa muito a desejar os quartos cheiram a mofo. As toalhas nao condizem com o que esperado pelo preço do hotel. A piscina ao meu ver nao estava de acordo e sem uma limpeza adequada da agua. Percebo que todos procuram fazer o maximo para nos agradar mas a estrutura do hotel precisa melhorar bastante para o nivel que se propõe. "

One thing I was not pleased with was that inside the room was not very clean always full with “animals” I mean geckos, lizards and frogs. They should be more careful with this. Everynight they go to your bedroom to change the bed which is really nice but they always left part of my bedroom door opened everynight which made some of these small animals go inside my bedroom.
