"DONT! They were overbooked by 9 confirmed reservations! The same thing happened the night prior, and they did nothing to prevent it from happening again! Only to arrive at the hotel and realize I had no room, after I had pre-paid and had a confirmed reservation. Causing me to find a new hotel at 9:30 pm at night, yeah, not okay. Save yourself the headache, don't go here. Another hotel guest and I ended up at a hotel about a block away, and got much better accommodations for just a few dollars...

"We arrived late in the evening, good location and decent rooms. We found out later that our bathroom tub was blocked so that was bit annoying."

"Surprisingly nice hotel - it would be perfect for people attending events at the monument. They have a very nice pool, breakfast was good and they offered a reception with drinks and popcorn at night including a cultural training from a Lakota gentleman. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The laundry on site was handy and the staff were super helpful as well. The gym is in the basement so we didn’t end up using that and the hot tub jets didn’t work."

"Under remodel and they should put that up. Then to get a room without and tv which was fixed but then they continued beating on the walls well after 10 pm getting it fixed and had a 6 am flight. Dirty towels hanging up that smelt of cigarette smoke and only one towel for use in the room. Stayers beware"

"Totally disgusting property. We left in the morning and didn’t stay the second night. Poor service and not having it on their web page they are under construction since January and it’s now June should be considered false advertising, didn’t even eat because things in the hallway and room were so filthy we didn’t want to eat anything there. A lot of workers must stay there and were loud and knocking on doors at 3:00 in the morning. Do NOT stay here."

"Camera pulitissima, struttura nuova e ben tenuta. Il personale del ricevimento dovrebbe essere più presente all'accoglienza, spesso non vi era nessuno, soprattutto negli orari pomeridiani e prima serata. Colazione migliorabile, soprattutto per ospiti con allergie ed intolleranze. Una dipendente si è prodigata lei stessa per comprare del latte di mandorla, ma dovrebbe essere l'albergo a fornire il tutto."

"This hotel gets an A+ from me for several reasons. The hotel is very clean and in a very good location in Rapid City. The breakfast every morning was awesome with a lot of selections plus an array of fruit. The scones, though, were our absolute favorite breakfast treat. We were also lucky enough to be staying on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday which is when they offer a "Social Menu" from 5:30-7pm which comfortably fed my family of four with a delicious main entree and side dish, salad bar,...

"We enjoyed our close proximity to the pool. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was okay but a bit pricey. The bed was very uncomfortable and the carpet appeared to be in need of cleaning throughout the halls and room."
