Set near Petra in the center of Mallorca, this cozy villa with private pool, terrace and barbecue can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.



This lovely house is in the center of the island and is perfect for a quiet holiday with friends and family. Each Wednesday takes place the local market in Petra where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables from the farmers. Afterwards, you can try good tapas at the square and visit the chapel Puig de Bonany which is a viewpoint at the same time. A 30 minutes’ drive takes you to the beaches of Can Picafort and Son Serra de Marina in the North or Porto Cristo and Cala Millor in the East. A car is necessary.



You may start your day with a refreshing bath in the 9 x 6 metres chlorine pool or sunbathe in the garden. There’s a barbecue area, perfect for a summer dinner with friends and family.



The living-dining area with satellite TV and spacious dining table invites you to spend a lazy afternoon. Next to this room, there’s the fully-equipped kitchen with induction hob, nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher. There’s one bedroom with double bed and air conditioning as well as one full bath with shower on the ground floor. The other 3 air conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed and 3 with 2 single beds each, are on the first floor. Furthermore, there’s another full shower bath with hair dryer on the first storey. We can provide you with up to 2 cots and one high chair on request. The equipment includes fast Wifi and a washing machine.



To consider:

There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night during the high season. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.

Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require these documents by email.

The damage deposit of 300 Eur will be blocked on your credit card through a secure payment link. We’ll return the deposit within 7 days after check-out. The agency will send you the link via email.
