"Nice room but check-in was confusing. This is a restaurant/bar with a few hotel rooms - signage to check in goes to an eating area, nobody around until a bartender in the other room alerted someone. Otherwise it was a good stay!"

"My Wife & her twin sister left their passports in the safe at the hotel and only noticed at check-in at the airport( 10 hours later lol), the staff at the hotel headed up by David came to the rescue and very kindly returned their passports to them at the airport via an uber they could not have been any more helpful. The food, atmosphere and staff over the 12 day trip were fantastic can defo recommend KW & DW"

"I don't even have words to describe it, terrible location, terrible service, the breakfast was better off being bought at the supermarket, they only offered bread and butter... There was hair in the bathroom when I arrived and when I was leaving I looked under the bed and it was filthy... In the end they charged me for a scale that was returned"

"Always an easy stay."

"Room was clean and well enough equipped for the price. VERY creaky floors though. Parking is street parking. Off peak that wasn’t an issue within a short walk. Some road noise but nothing that stopped me sleeping. Bed was comfy."

"Ficamos em um apart de 2 quartos, muito bom e espaçoso. Fácil acesso ao centro de ônibus."

"Wifi was weak and signal was not stable. A large group of guests (from China I assume) was hosted in our floor. After their arrival, wifi simply stopped working due to the overload. Intercom in bedroom was not working, had to get downstairs for any request. When trying to call the reception desk, the phone was picked up by some call centre service in Asia and not someone on premises, no direct contact with the hotel staff. Disturbing fire alarm at 7AM for false occurence. Due to that I had to...

"Good location, nice room."

"Clean room, friendly helpful staff. Great location for an overnight stay in this part of Sydney. Easy to get to the Airport."

"O check in é feito no caixa da loja de bebidas. Não tem recepção e o estacionamento não é coberto nem fechado. O carro fica exposto. A entrada das acomodações é antiga, de carpete, com escada de madeira e tem cheiro de mofo. Não tem elevador e funcionário para ajudar a subir com as malas. O box do banheiro não tem vedação no chão e a água passa p o resto do banheiro. Como é perto do hotel uns 10min de carro deu p passar a noite."

"A lot of silly things that stop this hotel going to the next level. One was the power point being installed upside down close to the bench top which made it impossible to insert my multi outlet phone charger. My phone had to sit in the bathroom which was the only other power point. Also after loading clothes and detergent into a washing machine, reception told me they could not supply coins for the machine. This required crossing busy Parramatta rd and sweet talking the 7 eleven store into...
