"An excellenty experience. Room was very quiet and comfortable"

"I don't even have words to describe it, terrible location, terrible service, the breakfast was better off being bought at the supermarket, they only offered bread and butter... There was hair in the bathroom when I arrived and when I was leaving I looked under the bed and it was filthy... In the end they charged me for a scale that was returned"

"Always an easy stay."

"Room was clean and well enough equipped for the price. VERY creaky floors though. Parking is street parking. Off peak that wasn’t an issue within a short walk. Some road noise but nothing that stopped me sleeping. Bed was comfy."

"Ficamos em um apart de 2 quartos, muito bom e espaçoso. Fácil acesso ao centro de ônibus."

"Wifi was weak and signal was not stable. A large group of guests (from China I assume) was hosted in our floor. After their arrival, wifi simply stopped working due to the overload. Intercom in bedroom was not working, had to get downstairs for any request. When trying to call the reception desk, the phone was picked up by some call centre service in Asia and not someone on premises, no direct contact with the hotel staff. "Good location, nice room."

"The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. When they found out I was travelling with my child, they kindly upgraded our room! The location was also excellent — in a quiet residential neighbourhood, just about a five-minute walk from the train station. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!"

"Clean room, friendly helpful staff. Great location for an overnight stay in this part of Sydney. Easy to get to the Airport."

"AAA+++"

"The photos shown of your room online must be taken at a different motel, as when we walked into our room, it looked nothing whatsoever like the photos, we got catfished. There was a weird smell in the room, the bathroom was very old and disgusting. At night your light outside your room shines straight through the window at the top of the door, so your room stays bright all night. The other people staying in the motel were running around and yelling throughout the night. Positives are, staff...

"Limpo estadia ótima Recomendo Café da manhã muito bom mas distante prédio ao lado ( galeria)"

"My Wife & her twin sister left their passports in the safe at the hotel and only noticed at check-in at the airport( 10 hours later lol), the staff at the hotel headed up by David came to the rescue and very kindly returned their passports to them at the airport via an uber they could not have been any more helpful. The food, atmosphere and staff over the 12 day trip were fantastic can defo recommend KW & DW"
