"We recently stayed at this property and unfortunately it did not match the listing or photos.Upon arrival, the home did not appear clean—surfaces and floors needed attention. We also encountered multiple pests during our stay, including a spider, roach, ants, and fruit flies.The kitchen was not as advertised. Photos showed a well-stocked space with appliances, spices, and coffee, but many of those items were missing. Basic necessities like adequate silverware and dish towels were also...

"Despite an email exchange with the host prior to our stay, we walked in to find another family was clearly staying/living in the unit. We could not reach the ‘host’ by phone. VRBO was helpful, but insisted we photograph to prove the situation. In downtown Richmond. We could have been shot or had the police called. Our trip was ruined and our kids are freaked out. "House was amazing! Everything was new and fresh. Easy access and the host was very communicative. Loved having parking right next to the house. Location was perfect for us as we were in town for an event at the convention center. Would definitely stay here again!"
