"We had a really nice time at Bethel. The house was lovely and spacious enough for our group of eleven. We had six adults and five kids and the bedroom layout worked well. The kids had a place to hangout downstairs while the adults played games at the enormous dining table. We experienced colder than normal temps in August but that didn’t stop the kids from using the beautiful pool. Bethel is a very cute town, we absolutely loved checking out all of the waterfalls and swimming holes in the area...

"This house is exactly what we were looking for!! When we had down time from exploring there was always something for everybody to do. Game room was well stocked and mostly all of the games actually had all of the pieces to them! Ping pong table was great for the kids and the pool table was great for the adults! And then on top of all of that there was the pool!! The pool was clean, warm and the host provided floats and noodles. The host was great communicating with us and we definitely recommend...

"Our stay at River Ranch was great. House was clean and well stocked. Very close to South Ridge Lodge (walking distance if you're up for it, though it would be a trek with gear). Michele was very communicative. AND we got 3 feet of snow - couldn't ask for a better time!"

"The house is on a beautiful pond (which is more like a lake) with beautiful sunsets and atmosphere (especially the loons!). It is actually quite convenient to grocery stores and other businesses. We enjoyed the grill, canoe and firepit. The bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is roomy with great water pressure and hot water. Great spaces to hang out inside and outside. Considering going again next summer."

"My family enjoyed our stay so much. The house is clean, large enough for a big group of us, located near Screw Auger Falls, cute towns, good spots to eat-- which were all uncrowded since it's off season. "This vrbo was a nice place to stay. The place was like it's description and was easy to find. It was clean and spacious. The code to get in was not sent to the phone we had requested - so we used the vrbo helpline to get the code to get in as we did not have access to our email on the trip. "We had a great weekend at this location. The house was spacious and comfortable- Great for a fun family gathering and a get away with a big front yard and a nice siting area for a barbecue or a fun s’mores night with the kids. "The house was a wonderful space for our family to get together with 7 adults and 3 kids, there was room for a few more if we had wanted! We loved the living room for game time and the connected kitchen and dining area worked well to keep everyone together at meal time. The bedrooms were well laid out and the kitchen had everything we needed to prep. We did rent a pontoon boat from Norway Marina for 3 days during our stay to tour the lake. "First thing. When we pulled into the driveway the curb appeal was off the charts. Better than the pics on Vrbo! Views, Views, Views. Sunday River in all it's glory where breathtaking!!!!!!!!!!!
