I was bit concerned for the heating and facilities for it being a one room lodge with what seems not the most cold resistant insulation around windows and doors. "Great spot, just a few minutes down the a9 from Pitlochry. Tranquil. Plenty of ducks wandering around. Lodge was equipped with most stuff you'd want. We stayed in the smaller joined lodges, and we were surprised how good the sound proofing was. Useful to have a washing machine available. "
