We are very contactable and will help out at any time. Please message us and we will get back to you soon as possible. Please be aware that unless urgent, guests should be patient with us after hours as we like our team members to be able to spend some quality time with their families. We prefer to use the Airbnb app to receive messages and this is the quickest and most efficient way to reach us.

We give our guests space, but we are just a message away - do not hesitate to reach out to us with any concerns or questions you may have. We are in the office Mon-Fri 9AM to 5PM. Outside of these hours, we will get back to you as soon as we can.

As this is a beautiful waterfront property in regional Western Australia, it’s normal to occasionally see insects like ants, flies, or mosquitoes — especially if food is left out or doors/windows are left open. While the home is professionally treated, changes in weather can increase activity. We recommend keeping food sealed and doors closed where possible. If anything feels unusual, please let us know — we’re happy to assist.

We recommend guest may purchase repellents and encourage guests to take reasonable precautions. This is part of the natural environment and does not constitute grounds for refunds or negative reviews.

Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge, issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.

We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to your plans. Our cancellation policy is strict, and refunds will not be issued unless the issue is caused by our listing. Travel insurance can help cover costs if you need to cancel or your trip is disrupted.
