THE SPACE: - Located on the ground floor - Sleeps FOUR guests (1 x queen bed and 1 x sofa bed) - please note that we only set up the sofa bed when there is 2+ guests, you will also need to notify us in advance if this needs to be set up for your stay. - ONE bedroom with QUEEN BED & built-in-robe - ONE Bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity - Combined kitchen, TV and dining - Courtyard with decking to the rear of the apartment off the TV area - Sofa bed (in TV area) - please note that we only set up the sofa bed when there is 2+ guests, you will also need to notify us in advance if this needs to be set up for your stay. - COMMUNAL LAUNDRY: complete with washing machine, dryer, ironing board & iron. - FREE wi-fi - Books & DVD`s are available for your enjoyment! - PARKING: is limited - two spots out the front of the complex however there is plenty of free parking nearby at the shopping centre!

- The entire `Orange ground level apartment` room with ONE bedroom (+ sofa bed if desired), bathroom + balcony and communal laundry with washing machine & dryer.
- The orange ground apartment is located next door to the green apartment, there is a communal door which can be unlocked (upon request) between these two apartments to host larger groups.
- please note that we only set up the sofa bed when there is 2+ guests, you will also need to notify us in advance if this needs to be set up for your stay.
- Communal laundry is located on first floor.
- Communal laundry is shared and please abide by laundry guest rules which are listed in the laundry.
- Self check-in instructions will be available for you to access closer to your check-in date. - You can either have a lockbox check in or personal meet & greet (upon arrangement)

Walking is very easy and convenient for this property, however a bus stop is only 5 minutes walk and there is also either room at the property or at the shopping centre a few metres away to park your car.
- Do you need a sofa bed for your stay? Please notify us in advance so we can set this up for your stay and provide linens & towels. Extra charges will apply if sufficient notice is not provided.
- In the communal area of the property you can have access to 1 x portacot and 1 x highchair, if you need to use these during your stay, please let us know to book in advance as they are shared amongst all FOUR apartments. Let Go Property House Rules & Policies We are dedicated to providing premium, beautifully maintained, and clean short-term accommodation for our valued guests. To achieve this, we have established these house rules in line with local council requirements, industry standards, neighbor feedback, and best business practices.
We understand some of these rules may feel strict, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding. Please know that they are necessary to meet council regulations, protect our properties, maintain positive relationships with neighbors, and ultimately ensure the highest level of service for all guests. By continuing to book with us, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these house rules throughout their stay.
Booking & Financial Policies • Booking Extension Policy: Last-minute extensions must be approved and paid for in full before 7:00 PM on the day prior to your scheduled check-out. Any extension requested after this time will incur a $150.00 fee (to compensate housekeeping for urgent scheduling changes) plus the standard nightly extension rate. All charges must be paid upfront. If fees are not paid in full by your scheduled check-out time, you will be required to vacate the property immediately. Please note that if you create an entirely new reservation instead of submitting an alteration request, the cleaning fee cannot be refunded.
• Third-Party Bookings: If this reservation was made on behalf of someone else, the booking account holder is fully responsible for communicating all house rules, check-in instructions, and updates to the staying guests. Failure to relay this information may result in miscommunication that could affect the guest experience.
• Extra Cleaning Charges: Additional fees will apply if the property is not left in an acceptable condition upon departure, or if unallocated beds, bedding, or linen are used.
• Damages & Loss: Please report any accidental breakage or damage as soon as practically possible so we can arrange prompt repairs or replacement. Depending on the severity and cost, we reserve the right to charge an applicable fee for reimbursement and/or compensation. Guests are also fully liable for the replacement costs of any lost keys, remotes, or fobs.
• Lockouts: If you lock yourself out, do not arrange your own locksmith. We utilize a preferred locksmith for security and property consistency. Contact us immediately, and we will arrange access. A minimum call-out charge of $250.00 applies to cover travel and logistics (fees are significantly higher after hours). On-site payment to the locksmith will be required. To avoid these charges, please take care of the access key or card throughout your stay.
Arrival & Departure Logistics • Confirmation of Booking: For safety and verification, you and any approved guests or visitors may be required to provide us with a current form of government-issued ID prior to confirming your booking or during your stay.
• ⚠️ Property Suitability (Children & Pets): Not all properties in our portfolio share the same features, layouts, or permissions. Please carefully check the specific listing description regarding suitability for children, infants, or pets. While some properties welcome families and pets, others may have structural hazards (such as fall risks) or strict strata rules that prohibit them. If you are unsure, please contact management prior to booking to confirm if this specific property meets your safety and pet needs.
• ⚠️ CHECK-IN TIME: Standard check-in is strictly either 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM, depending entirely on your specific reservation details. Please double-check your booking itinerary for your exact entry time. Early access is strictly prohibited as our team needs this time to clean and prepare the space for you.
• Early Check-In Fees: Early check-ins are subject to availability and incur a minimum $50.00 fee. This must be arranged and paid for upfront prior to arrival. If we cannot accommodate an early arrival, standard check-in times (3:00 PM or 4:00 PM) apply.
• ⚠️ CHECK-OUT TIME & FEES: Check-out must be completed strictly by 9:00 AM or 10:00 AM, depending entirely on your specific reservation details. Please review your booking itinerary to confirm your exact departure time. Unfortunately, we do not offer late check-outs. However, we provide a strict 15-minute grace period. Remaining past this grace period will trigger a late check-out fee starting at $100.00 or an amount based on the nightly rate, whichever is higher. Housekeeping must be granted immediate access if they arrive and you have not vacated.
• Check-Out Procedure: Please leave the property tidy. Empty the fridge and pantry of opened or perishable food, dispose of all rubbish, turn off all lights, air conditioning, and heating, and lock all doors. Ensure used keys are returned properly to the lockbox; failure to do so will result in additional charges if our cleaners cannot access the property.
• Items Left Behind: If you leave personal belongings behind, return shipping incurs a minimum $50.00 fee to cover postage, logistics, and time. For Perth locals, in-person collection can be arranged at our Osborne Park location by prior appointment only; we cannot accommodate same-day or unscheduled collection drop-ins due to meetings and out-of-office commitments. We do not deliver items. On-Site Safety, Monitoring & Access
• Security Cameras: Some of our properties are equipped with external security cameras, which are regularly monitored by management. To know if a property is equipped with cameras, please refer to the specific listing description. Please note that if these cameras are tampered with, covered, or disconnected in any way, your booking will be immediately cancelled, you will be required to vacate the property, and no refunds will be provided.
• Noise Monitoring Devices: Some of our properties are equipped with an electronic noise monitoring device that management checks regularly at all hours to measure volume levels (it does not record audio). To know if a property is equipped with this device, please refer to the listing description. If this device is disconnected during your stay, we will be notified instantly, and you will be at risk of having your booking cancelled immediately.
