Getting around is easy and convenient. Whether you choose to walk, cycle or drive the area is easy to manoeuvre. There is plentiful public transport systems, including a bus stop, located close by.

*Parking is available in the under-cover parking bay and the one next to it. There is one spare bay next to the end of the lawn. Please take care due to angled parking and a low limestone wall.
* You will need to turn the hot water system in the courtyard to 5 when you arrive and please return it to 1 when you leave.
*Trailer parking is available on the lawn - please ask for instructions to comply with strata requirements.
The house has surveillance cameras overlooking the garage and front door to keep guests and their cars safe. There is also a noise monitoring device in the living area.
Local Environment Notice Our home sits in a stunning waterfront location surrounded by nature. From time to time, you may see a few local visitors like a possum, bandicoot or kangaroo if you are lucky and although harmless should be left alone. We may also ocassionally share the environment with ants, flies, or mosquitoes - especially when doors or windows are open. The property is professionally treated, but weather changes can bring a little extra activity.
To stay comfortable, we suggest keeping food sealed, closing doors when possible, and using repellents if needed. This is all part of the beautiful natural environment that makes this area so special. If you notice anything unusual, please reach out - we’re always happy to help.

We’re happy to consider early check-in and late check-out requests, though these options are subject to availability and not guaranteed. Our cleaners charge a fee $50 per hour for this service. For guaranteed early access, we recommend booking the night prior to arrival. This offers peace of mind and a smooth, stress-free start to your stay.
For stays of one month or longer, a complimentary mid-stay clean will be provided as a condition of the rental. The cost of this clean will be covered by the property owner. For stays extending beyond one month, a complimentary clean will be scheduled every fortnight.
