"Room was perfect for a family of 4 (two kids aged 9 & 10) and we needed them to have a separate bed - which was great as they could stretch out! Room was clean and spacious! Breakfast was really nice, lots of selection. Food in the evening was also great, and we sat outside in the garden area. The staff were wonderful in the restaurant and so friendly and helpful. "Great location. Lovely rooms as I’ve stayed in the hotel many times. Comfortable and clean. Gorgeous toiletries to use. Small car park but parking near by if you can’t park at the hotel but I’ve only had this issue once or twice. Highly recommended hotel"

"Best breakfast and dining room service I have had at a hotel! Fan was provided in the room and the mini fridge was a great bonus. Good shower and very comfortable room. Parking area is very small and tight for larger cars (I parked in Victoria carpark at a cost of £4 for 24 hours so not a huge problem - although be aware it is a pretty steep hill to get up to the hotel). My only negative is check out is 11am yet I had a knock on the door at 10.40am to ask if I was checking out soon?!"

"The Malvern is a hotel run around a health club and spa. The best feature is its restaurant which is modern and serves good food. The spa itself has a nice and warm indoor / outdoor pool but the facilities are dated and tired. The rooms are very tired, think 1970’s travelodge, and in desperate need of an upgrade.
