"Very charming and well-appointed with lots of room. There were four of us and it was quite comfortable. We only fixed one meal there but the kitchen was beautiful and well equipped. All instructions were clear and the owner was prompt with any communications."

"Comfortable, clean and very responsive and accommodating host. We had an issue with the microwave and they brought another one within an hour. The whole house was spotless. The beds were comfortable. We will be back again when we visit family. "

"Our stay at the Century House in Ashland was amazing. The hosts Bryan and Jennifer provide excellent service and their house is clean, comfortable and inviting.The hosts have thought of everything and more. The town of Ashland is beautiful and we are so thankful that we found this gem. This is the best rental house we have ever stayed in and if we are in the area again we look forward to visiting again. "Cute little upper loft! Small but yet spacious enough to meet all of your needs!! Location was just what I needed to be close to everything I was looking to do for the short weekend stay! My only negative and it’s really not that bad and not much you can do about it is the shower. Tall step in and out with the curtain rod so low hard to lift high and duck low to get in/out. "We had a great time at the house. I would highly recommend it! There was plenty of space for us to all be comfortable. We especially enjoyed the patio out back! We watched the sunrise with our coffee almost every morning and deer/bunnies too! The backyard was nice and we enjoyed the playset. The kitchen island was great, beds and couches were comfortable. "This property was just what we needed for our trip to Lexington, Ohio for the races! Plenty of space in the house and the guys loved the back deck to relax at the end of the day.
