On the ground floor, a spacious open-plan kitchen/living area features views over the large garden which can also be accessed through the patio doors. The kitchen is amply equipped with all mod-cons including two electric ovens and a wine cooler! The large dining table offers settings for up to 8 people and there is also a sofa for guests to relax whilst awaiting a delicious supper. The ground floor is also home to a double bedroom and a shower room.

On the first floor, a comfy nautical-themed lounge boasts a large smart TV (with DVD player) and access to the balcony over looking the garden. There are 3 bedrooms on the same floor, the first features access to the balcony, an en-suite shower room and a comfy king-size bed. The other two bedrooms offer a glimpse at the sea and the ability to be made up as twin or a king configuration. The family bathroom can also be found on the first floor and features all conveniences including a bath tub - perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration!

Outside there is a fenced garden at the rear of the property featuring a patio area that provides an idyllic setting for outdoor dining and socialising with friends or family. To the front of the property, there is a balcony area with outdoor seating that overlooks the front garden.
