"The property is spacious and well positioned for the beach. Difficult to park a car on their driveway so had to park elsewhere. The BBQ and oven were not clean. Leak in shower room and one shower not working but fixed whilst we were there. The property is lovely and the host personable. With the charges for cleaning i would expect it to be spotless. Check in time too late at 5pm and check out 9.30am too early should be at the very least 10am and 4pm. Especially with all the steps to get...

"stayed for a week with our 3 daughters (14, 11 & 9) in May. good space and facilities on the property, lovely garden Area forout door dining. 10 minute walk to Trevone beach and the hosts let us use their pull along trolley and body boards which the kids loved. great hosts just over the road."

"Cottage has everything you need, however I wouldn't let my dogs or children swim in the lake as it looked disgusting, the promised dog shower has been removed so we couldn't shower our dogs. The cottage is in the middle of a working farm & although we didn't mind listening to the tractors & farm animals it was spoilt a little when one of the dogs was howling next door. The lady in the farm house was very friendly and offered any assistance should we need it. The dog exercise field was great for...

"The best word to describe Sea Point is ‘spectacular’ - whether it be the location, the house design, the facilities and services, the furniture, or the overall ambiance. Three generations of the same family, six adults and four children, spent a fabulous week in the house in June, with the pool, jacuzzi, BBQ, games room and private access to the beach providing infinite entertainment for the younger members. "Cliff House is amazing! This house is stunning, the views from every room are incredible. The house is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. "Love the location … for the obvious and some personal reasons. The description of this property is spot on. You couldn’t wish for a more perfect location and the overall space is wonderful. Yes, the building is tired and the general standard of fixtures, fittings and furnishing isn’t what you would expect for the cost. But if, like us, it’s all about the view and the perfect location, it more than makes up for downsides. Thanks to Rupert for helping us have a truly memorable stay."

"It was a nice stay in Newquay. The beach was only 5 Minutes away and everything could be done by a walk. The house was very clean and also well equipped. Three bedrooms, a shower and bathtube and two toilets were available. The separeted kitchen give us all opportunity to cook."

"Property overall a lovely place and great location to access places in the area. Pub/ restaurant on site and local shop. It states that there is a hot tub, This shouldnt be advertised as there is a hot tub because there isint. This didnt effect us and our stay but some people may look for this as a option and with it stating there is a hot tub, Unfortunately its false advertisement. Overall a good stay and wouldnt put us of staying again but the discrption needs to be changed."

"Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus und habenunssehrwohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist gut aufgeteilt und einfach aber praktisch eingerichtet. Außer einer Salatschüssel und ein paar großen Tellern hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Kinder haben das Schwimmbad und den Tennisplatz genutzt. Zum Strand muss man ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto fahren. Er ist superschön und perfekt zum Bodyboarden und Surfen auch für Anfänger geeignet."

"A beautiful beach is just a 2 min walk away. It is dog friendly, our dog loved it. A fish and chip shop. A couple of shops selling Cornish ice creams. Right next to the coastal path also 5min drive from lost gardens of Heligan. Can’t recommend this place enough. A truly relaxing holiday."

"Newhaven is a spacious house with a lovely garden in a brilliant location in Porthleven. There is lots of room downstairs with a kitchen, separate dining room and living room. Upstairs two good sized bedrooms, plus a bunk room which is suitable for young children. The house could do with a bit of TLC but that is reflected in the price. We had a few concerns at first but the landlady responded immediately to everything. With two toddlers and two dogs in our party we found the location only two...
