Latoya from the front desk and Cristina on housekeeping deserve 10 starts each. The hotel needs an update and maintenance. Some balcony doors have the locks and/or handles broken. Everything in the room is outdated. There were maintenance topics I needed assistance with (lamps broken, remote w/out batteries, no enough pressure on water) that were taken...

"This property is almost to the end of the island on the east end. It is absolutely beautiful and the staff could not be nicer. The food at the restaurant is great and reasonably priced, particularly for a hotel/resort restaurant. The rooms are beautiful, bright and airy. The view is spectacular. We will visit again."
