"This is the cleanest property I've ever stayed at. The location was perfect and in walking distance of everything. Being right on the beach was awesome. Sunsets were amazing. Staff were friendly and attentive. The pool was huge and literally 81 degrees and great for laps. I will for sure be back!!"

"This is a basic motel. Clean, neat everything I needed for a good nights sleep. Staff was wonderful. Very friendly, helpful and kind. Will stay there again if I come thru Luddington again."

They spoil you with beautiful rooms, food, drinks and a very relaxed atmosphere. Dan and Jen are always available and looking to help make your stay in Ludington special. We can't wait to go back!"

"Treadmill was broken and my room was poorly cleaned. Travelled for work alone and did not feel comfortable with the maze presented to get to a very desolate feeling part of the hotel. It was a last minute booking so I took what I could get, but would not return."

"The one item that needs to be added to their cleanliness check is the room phone. Thank goodness I didn't need to use it! The grounds were lovely although I didn't have time to use the gazebo or pool but lots of things in bloom. The in-room coffee pot/service is back after Covid."

"The room was spacious and clean. The front desk and housekeeping staff was helpful, WiFi was decent, excellent beach view tv but tv remote doesn’t have input button, we had a bad rain during our stay, and the water got inside the patio door because our unit is not covered patio. We booked 2 rooms through Expedia, when we signed up, from the picture both rooms were supposed to have hot tubs and covered patios but instead we got the rooms without hot tubs and only one of the rooms with covered...

"Room was fairly clean for cheap price, staff was nice. Smaller parking lot but seemed enough parking. Had A/C, mini fridge, tv and microwave, and tiny coffee maker. Queen bed seemed more like a double bed size. Tiny room seemed like 8x10, but bathroom did have shower with tub. Mini open closet space, but not really any room to put luggage except in the walkway are along sides of bed."

"Bem afastado do centro. Quando cheguei, me colocaram no 4o. andar e corria o risco de não poder utilizar o elevador no dia seguinte. Necessário, mas como ia ficar apenas uma noite, ia ter que descer tudo de escada, o que não ocorreu."
