"This is a nice little strip motel in Ludington. The rooms are small but serviceable. The front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and there is a little library room and koi pond with chairs that was quite nice. Be aware there is no microwave or small refrigerator. The breakfast was quite good. Dirt everywhere. Filthy. Walls in the hallways, doors, we're full of dirt, never been cleaned. Never, again will we stay here. Shower was disgusting. Shower curtain smelled so bad, you couldn't believe it."
