Welcome to The Pentwater Hideaway, a charming 3-bedroom cottage offering a comfortable home base for families and groups looking to enjoy everything Pentwater and the West Michigan lakeshore have to offer. Sleeping up to 6 guests, this cozy retreat combines the character of a classic cottage with the amenities you want for an easy, relaxing vacation.

Inside, the cottage features two bedrooms with queen beds and a spacious upstairs bedroom with two double beds. With 1½ bathrooms, multiple TVs, streaming entertainment, game systems, board games, puzzles, and family-friendly activities, there is plenty of space to relax when you`re taking a break from exploring.

Step outside and enjoy the fully fenced backyard, where you`ll find a deck, gazebo, picnic area, campfire, sandbox, cornhole, and lawn games. It`s an ideal space for morning coffee, an afternoon game with the kids, or gathering around the fire after a day at the beach.

Beach days are easy with a beach cart, umbrella, and four beach chairs provided for guest use. The cottage also offers a Pack `n Play for families traveling with young children.

The location puts you just minutes from Lake Michigan beaches, Pentwater Lake, downtown Pentwater, local restaurants, shops, ice cream, and family attractions. Go-karts, mini golf, and AJ`s Family Fun Center are also nearby, giving everyone plenty to do beyond the beach.

- No parties allowed.
- No smoking or vaping inside the house. You may smoke/vape outdoors, but please remember to throw the butts in the trash, not on the ground. Smoking in the home will incur an additional $250 cleaning fee.
- Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. No one should be on the property other than those included in the rental agreement without prior approval from the management team.
- If additional guests are brought onto the property without prior approval from the management team, that will be grounds for immediate eviction with no refund.
