Where the Beach meets luxury! BEACHFRONT!

Saturday to Saturday bookings onlyduring the summer months.If you would like to book different days please reach out to us first.Experience both the beach and luxury in this spacious 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom condo at the Capris.

Located right off the Gulf of Mexico, this stunning condo offers 3,500 sq ft of an open floor plan, contemporary furnishings, high end finishes and stunning views! It is fully equipped, and fully furnished so that you may relax and focus on what matters the most - enjoying your vacation! It is located on the second floor of Capri. If you want to book anything other than Saturday to Saturday, please reach out first. It can throw off our entire schedule for the summer. We now have two more reserved spots for additional vehicles across the street at Sea Watch! No more parking concerns. This unit now has three reserved spots for the entire family to enjoy!

It doesn’t get any better than this! Capri 102 is spacious, beautifully luxurious, and perfectly equipped. The host, Monroe, graciously and quickly answers all questions, provides three parking spaces, and is super attentive to all possible needs. Windows are floor to ceiling and wrap the condo in incredible ocean views! What’s not to love? Perfection! We’ll be back!

Condo was amazing and we practically had the property to ourselves. The Sana was broke but we knew that going into it. The host was amazing and very communicative. Really the only negatives where:1.) The AC situation is a little confusing2.) The chairs in the dining room and living room are a bit difficult to get comfortable in. It was the best condo we've ever stayed in though and we've been in a bunch!

This is the most wonderful property! Capri is a great facility and Monroe's unit is perfect! So roomy for the 10 of us with lots of extras and attention to detail. Monroe is the best host we've ever had at a rental. Such a great communicator. We hope to make Capri 102 an annual destination.

Had our annual extended family vacation for the third year in a row here. The condo is spacious and comfortable with great views and beach access. Indoor and outdoor pool were clean and never too crowded. Host is responsive to any minor issues that might come up. Highly recommend!

Gets better every single year!!

This was our 4th year to stay in our "home away from home" as we like to call it. It just gets better and better every year. Perfect space for a large family and equipped with everything you need just like the comforts of home. The view and short walk to the private beach is amazing and the extra parking just a short walk across the street was a HUGE plus for us since we have 4 cars however, we didn't have any problems getting in the extra guest spots most days. Monroe is the BEST host ever and is always so helpful for anything we need but we didn't need too much because he has it covered for you! My grandkids are growing up with the best memories here and there's no better place to stay! Until next year! Hotty Toddy - your Mississippi family misses you already!

Our happy place

This is our 3rd year at Crescent Tide and let me tell you, it gets better and better. Monroe is the BEST host! It has become our kids and grands favorite place to be and we are already planning our summer vacation for next year. Thank you for hosting us once again.

St Louis Vacation

The condo has a ton of space & was very clean. The kitchen & view from the condo is fantastic. The size of the condo allows for everyone to be extremely comfortable. The space on the beach was perect (not congested). The communication with Monroe (owner) was great......One suggestion - the balcony/patio bar top needs to be painted. We will be back!

A little slice of Heaven

Can't begin to express what a wonderful time we had at Crescent Tide. The condo is perfect for a large family. We enjoyed cooking meals in and our host Monroe had everything we needed including a small electric grill on the balcony which was PERFECT for grilling fresh gulf shrimp. Being right over the pool was perfect to enjoy our 2 and 4 y/o grandchildren playing below in the pool. Monroe went over and above to make sure we had everything we needed. We have already made plans to return the same time next year. Thank you Monroe for all the little extras...this crew from the Sip thoroughly enjoyed our time. Hotty Toddy and see you next September. Best kept secret!

The Capri is luxury living on your own quiet oasis. No one on the beach crowding your rays or view. The parking can be tricky if you have a big group. But no big deal in my opinion. The condo is extremely spacious and well equiped! I love having our own ice machine.

Perfect week at the beach!

We had a fantastic time staying here for a week over the 4th of July. We had quite a large group with grand kids, parents, and grandparents, and there was plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and relax. Despite being the 4th of July week the beach outside is still very calm and private. All the rooms and amenities were top notch with a great kitchen we could cook and feed our large group in. There is plenty to do in the area but it is still very peaceful on the property. You can't beat the views and the large windows reminding you every morning that you are getting to enjoy an escape. We are definitely planning on coming back and would recommend coming for a stay to anyone.

Amazing Vacation

This was an amazing vacation for my family and I. We loved the condo. It was beautiful and very spacious. Because we do cook in a few times on our vacation, we especially appreciated the well furnished kitchen. The condo was very clean and the owners were available and extremely helpful with any question we had. I personally enjoyed there being a gym on site. My kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the seclusion and quietness of the area. The beach was wonderful, too. We highly recommend this location and this condo. It was absolutely wonderful and we hope to make this a new yearly tradition.

Perfect location and exceptional hosts!

Perfect condo for a large family. Lots of space to spread out. Overlook the pool from your deck and enjoy the ocean view. Quiet beach with limited crowds. Hosts were great communicators and reponded timely. Nicely decorated. We’ve vacationed at the gulf for 25 years…this is one of the best units we’ve rented. We will be back.

Lovely week at beach!

The entire family was impressed with the cleanliness of the condo as well as the cleanliness of the building and pool areas. The beach was very quiet in late April, and the weather that week was perfect for walking in the edge of the Gulf. The outdoor pool was pretty cool, but the indoor pool was a great option. We were also impressed with how welcoming and helpful the hosts were and we appreciated their communication. We would recommend the condo, also, for the conveniences and the very comfortable beds.

Lots of space!

We had a great week at this very spacious condo with excellent communication with the owners. We were right on the Gulf with an excellent view on the 1st floor (not the ground floor). Our nice size balcony was right above the pool. The accommodations for the building were very nice (indoor & outdoor pools, hot tub, sauna, steam room, workout room, charcoal grills). Accommodations inside were great too (2 dishwashers, wine fridge, ice maker, air mattress, beach towels, lots of extra beach items including a canopy tent and chairs, etc). We also had a nice, large wrap around porch in the front so plenty of places to go to get away from the group if you need a break. This building only has 14 units so we basically had our own private beach. We usually have to get up really early to claim a spot at the other larger condo buildings but not this year. My family has been coming to the FL panhandle for our annual trip for 35 years and this was definitely in our top 3 favorite spots. We will be back for sure.

Best’s Family Vacation

Great property on the beach! Owners were very accommodating and let us in a little early. The rooms were large and all had their own bathrooms, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Views were fantastic !!
