In a quiet and family sought after neighborhood of East Pensacola Heights. Very close to the bridge that connects to Gulf Breeze/Pensacola Beach, 2 blocks away from the nearest bayou.

There is shared pool and laundry room next to the other main house's sunroom (outside the living area) that you can use.

There is another detached bigger Airbnb atleast 20ft away to the right of this house. Both houses are in the same big lot. Your parking is on the left side of driveway only.

House is close to the southern tip of Pensacola proper connecting the city to Pensacola Beach. We are 8.6mi, about 18mins to Pensacola Beach.

- Varies anywhere from 20MB to 30MB. Wifi comes from main house

This is 2 detached houses in a big corner lot, driveway parking is shared between 2 houses, you are renting the detached in law suite on the left of the lot. Driveway can fit total of 4 cars, 2 each side of the driveway in tandem. Your assigned parking slot is on the left for 2 cars in tandem closer to the in law detached house, please provide enough space in right driveway for the other house guests.

Hot water travels to the separate main house first before hitting this in law detached unit. So it might take time at first use but it will eventually warm up.
