Gorgeous1st Floor 3/2 condo with private beach. 7th night free for weekly rental

This complex is located on a gorgeous private beach overlooking the beautiful Big Lagoon Intercoastal and Gulf Islands National Seashore. Less than 5 minutes from Gulf of Mexico beaches and the famous Johnson's Beach.

If you are looking for a great price for an amazing, quiet, easy, relaxing vacation with quick access to all the property amenities, this is your perfect vacation get away! Our HOA is requiring guests stay a minimum of 7 nights to keep property traffic at a minimum, so we are throwing the 7th night in for free with a one week rental.

Great sunrises/sunsets, and spectacular fishing from the complex pier. The Blue Angel flight team practice directly over the condo twice a week if you like an ariel show.
Can't beat the private beach with no neighbors to the left of our property shoreline for quite a lengthy distance, and only a few private resident's on the right of our complex.

The condo pictured is a 1st floor condo with an incredible Intercoastal Big Lagoon waterway and pool view. Our condo patio has a walkout from both the master bedroom and the living room, with both a conversational area and outside eat area. You have immediate access to the hot tub, pool, grill and picnic area, pier, and walkways to beach and complex grounds from the patio.

This is a more spacious 3 bedroom condo (almost 1,500 sq. feet). It features a super
sized master suite and master bath with both a garden size tub and walk-in shower. King size bed, large flat screen TV, along with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors connecting to the patio. The 2nd bedroom is mid sized with a queen size bed and separate entry to the guest bathroom, flatscreen tv and full size closet. The 3rd bedroom has a twin size bed. it is a small room and currently only sleeps one.
The spacious dining/living room area features a large flat screen TV, a walk-out floor to ceiling sliding glass door leading from the living room to patio, two chaise lounge sofas, and a comfy recliner. The dining table seats 6 and the counter top seats 4. The full size kitchen features granite counters, and a fully equipped cooking and meal preparation area and cooking utensil's.

If you are a NAS employee, trainee, traveling nurse, etc. looking for a longer term rental during off season (between Labor Day and Memorial Day) please contact us and we will try and work within your stipend limits. The NAS base is less than 2 miles from our location. We welcome and appreciate our military.
