The Space:

The main house entrance is labeled with a large A. As you walk through the door, you will be greeted by the living room and dining area. The living room includes a couch that turns into a queen sofa bed, a Roku TV, and a desk to work on your laptop! Directly behind the couch, is the dining area for family meals! From the dining area, you can see the full kitchen with a dishwasher and cookware! There are 4 bedrooms in this house. There is a bedroom with a king bed, two bedrooms with two full beds, and a bedroom with 2 twin/twin bunk beds. There is also 4 bedrooms in this house 3 with a shower and 1 with a shower/tub combo. You can access the backyard porch/patio from the back door in the house. It includes patio furniture and a terrace area to hang out with a charcoal grill.



Guest Access:

The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.



The Neighborhood:

This property is conveniently located in a residential neighborhood. Easy access to groceries, restaurants, and major interstates.



Getting Around:

Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!



Other Things to Note:

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.



If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.



We kindly ask guests to treat all towels and linens with care. If any items are stained or damaged beyond repair, a replacement fee will be charged to cover the cost of new linens. This helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all future guests. Thank you for your understanding!



We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.



Interaction with Guests:

We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
