The Space:

Morning light filters through quiet oak-lined surroundings as you sip coffee and settle into a slower pace. Inside, a cozy rhythm unfolds - soft bedding, a warm drink in hand, and space to unwind after a day exploring Pensacola. Evenings can be spent gathered in the backyard or relaxing indoors with a favorite show.



Living space

This entire rental unit offers a comfortable layout for up to 5 guests, with 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 1 bath. The atmosphere leans into comfort and ease, with ultra cozy beds and thoughtful touches throughout. A TV and fast Wifi provide entertainment and connection, while a dedicated workspace makes it easy to stay productive if needed.



Sleeping arrangements

Two bedrooms are designed for rest and relaxation, complemented by 3 beds to accommodate your group. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades help create a restful environment.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is a space where guests can cook their own meals, supported by a stocked kitchen setup. A coffee maker and hot water kettle pair with the home’s mini café concept, making it easy to start your day with espresso, tea, or a pour-over. Whether preparing a quick breakfast or a full meal, everything is arranged for convenience.



Family-friendly features

Traveling with little ones is made easier with family-focused amenities including a crib, Pack ’n play/Travel crib, high chair, children’s books and toys, and outlet covers. The single level home layout with no stairs adds to the ease of movement for all ages.

Step outside to a backyard and patio or balcony area where you can enjoy fresh air or gather around the BBQ grill. A fire pit is also available, with propane not included. The home includes a private entrance and free parking on premises, along with free street parking.

Air conditioning and heating keep the space comfortable year-round. A washer and dryer, along with bathroom essentials, add convenience for both short and long stays.



Neighborhood

Located in the Myrtle Grove neighborhood, the home is tucked away from the street in a peaceful setting surrounded by large oak trees. A children’s school sits next door, so daytime sounds of play may be part of the atmosphere. You’ll be about 1 minute from Osceola Municipal Golf Course (distance estimation) and a short drive from Pensacola Beach, along with local restaurants and shops.

Pet-friendly and suitable for long term stays, the home also offers self check-in with a smart lock for added flexibility.

The home is tucked away from the street in a peaceful area with large oak trees in the Myrtle Grove neighborhood of Pensacola, Florida. Next door to the property is a children's school so you may hear them playing during the daytime hours.



The home is located away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but still centrally located for incredible beaches, shopping, and restaurants. We are a short drive to the main Pensacola Beach. The city is a place full of friendly people. It is one of the rare cities that has a small town feel but there is always an event or attraction to enjoy.



Pensacola is one of Americas oldest and most storied cities and is located along the Gulf of Mexico with miles of white sand beaches.

House Rules & Additional Fees:



🐾 Pet Policy

- Dogs only (Maximum of 2 dogs per stay)

- $99 non-refundable pet fee per stay per pet

- Pets must not be left unattended unless crated

- Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds

- Please clean up after your pet in the yard

- No noise complaints from neighbors due to pets

- Additional cleaning fees apply if there is pet hair or evidence of pets on furniture

- No cats allowed (Please ask before bringing any other animals)



🚭 No Smoking



Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping, marijuana, and any other smoking devices. You’re welcome to smoke outside the property in designated outdoor areas. We kindly ask that you clean up afterward and properly dispose of cigarette butts to help keep the space tidy and pleasant for everyone.



Violation of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees and other applicable charges.



🎉 Gatherings & Parties

- Large gatherings, parties, or events are not allowed

- Quiet hours must be respected (10 PM - 8 AM)

- Unauthorized gatherings may result in immediate cancellation without refund

- The primary guest is responsible for all visitors and any damages caused



🚽 Plumbing & Drain Care

- Do not flush anything that may cause plumbing issues

- Do not pour grease down the drain



📦 Forgotten Personal Items

- Items can be shipped within 1 week of discovery

- Guest pays shipping + $30 handling fee

- Domestic shipping only (no international shipping)



👥 Guest Policy

- Any additional guests must be approved in advance

- Unauthorized extra guests may result in cancellation without refund

- The primary guest is responsible for all damages



⏰ Late Checkout

- Must be requested and approved in advance

- Up to 2 extra hours for $50 (if available)

- Unapproved late checkout: $60 per hour



🔥 Grill / Propane

- We do not provide propane. Guests are welcome to refill or exchange the tank if they’d like to use the grill.



🚭 Cleaning Fees (If Applicable)

- Smoking indoors: $250

(Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Please clean up and dispose of cigarette butts properly.)

- Vomit, bodily fluids, or human/animal waste: $250

- Illegal drug paraphernalia: $250

- Glitter or confetti: $200

- Unauthorized pets: $200 per pet

- Excessive dirty dishes: $50

- Missing towel: $20 per towel



Failure to follow rules may result in a canceled booking and forfeiture of payment.



Please note: Occasional exterior maintenance may take place during your stay. We do our best to keep any disruption minimal and appreciate your understanding as we keep the property in great shape.
