***A Notice For Boaters***
The owner keeps their boat on the lift, so the boat lift and dock are not available for guest use. However, if you choose to bring a boat, there is a nearby property within the neighborhood where docking is available, as well as several local marinas that offer transient docking during your stay. We simply ask that you load and unload your boat from the designated space at this property's dock and that you do not use the neighboring dock or yard for loading, unloading, or access.

The kitchen is fully furnished. If you are lacking anything, please let me know!

The house should be very clean with fresh linens and bath towels. Beach towels are provided, but we ask that you have them washing in the washer when you depart from your stay.

The Pool is heated from March 1st - Nov 30th.

In pool spa runs from 4-11pm. Please contact Chris if you would like to have it on any other time during your stay,
