Emerald Isle 1105 is a two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf-front condo located directly on Pensacola Beach, featuring a private balcony with expansive views of the Gulf. This condo comfortably sleeps up to six guests and includes an open living area with floor-to-ceiling windows, a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, and an in-unit washer and dryer.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, direct balcony access, and a private ensuite bathroom with a garden tub. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and access to a nearby full bathroom. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space.
Guests have access to resort amenities including two Gulf-front pools (one seasonally heated), a fitness center with sauna, and direct beach access via a private boardwalk. Seasonal beach service with two chairs and one umbrella is included (March–October, weather permitting).
