This condo is gated with easy access to the beach. We had amazing views of the harbor- birds and boats were our morning companions while we sat on the expansive back balcony and drank coffee. The patio furniture was the cherry on top! A full couch, 2 chairs with ottomans, and a breakfast table! Miss Jean even made us scones and left coffee pods for the Keurig. We had friends staying in 2 other condos at the same time and everyone loved our furnishings the most! We’re already looking forward to our next stay!

Great condo

We have stayed at many units in this complex (South Harbour) over the past few years. Location is great and is a quick walk to the beach and to shops and restaurants. The pool is typically not very busy so we use it often when we stay here. The unit was nicely appointed and had everything we needed. The tv and streaming services were a little glitchy but Jean was very helpful with trying to solve the problem. This was a building issue and not an issue with the unit itself. We found a workaround for the week and would reset the system whenever it began to lag again. The internet for the entire building is supposed to be updated at the end of June so likely not a problem for future renters. Would recommend this condo!

Fabulous Location!

I was apprehensive about not being able to walk out on the beach in the morning, but the location of this condo was even better. We watched gorgeous sunsets from the balcony and had very short walks to the boardwalk, the pier, and most importantly, the beach! Thank you!

BEST MOTHERS DAY WEEKEND!! AMAZING VIEW & CONDO!

Best location by far! The feeling is so cozy and good vibes from the moment you walk in. Also, the view from the moment you walk into the condo is beautiful, you see the water! You can see the water from the kitchen also! It had everything and then some! Everything you would need for a baby or toddler incase you forget anything, The best host. She is the sweetest and most helpful. We will NEVER stay anywhere else. Every time we are here this is where we will stay. We had such an awesome time we will be making this an annual trip and then also staying here for our nephews bday party each year when we come to that. It has been such an amazing experience and even though the weather was not good some of the time the host has every game you can imagine to help pass the time.

Nice property close to beach and restaurants. Comfortable beds and great view. The bathrooms could have used a better cleaning and floors been swept better but it was a great experience.

I booked Jean’s home based on reviews and I’m so glad I did. Her home was well furnished with all the necessities and located in the middle of town. The pier, boardwalk and beachside restaurants are an easy walk from this condo. Highly recommend

Wonderful Vacation

Location and property were great. Communication with the owner was excellent. Very responsive to our questions prior to our arrival as well as the few times we communicated during our stay. We will definitely book this property again for our next trip to Pensacola Beach if it is available.

Lovely Condo

Great location

We stayed here for a family Spring Break trip and some baseball. The location was great. Very close to all the fun, but we also took morning walks west where there was a path and it was quieter too. It was very clean. We saved a lot of space traveling because beach items and towels were provided. We used the fitness center and the pool a lot. The heated pool and the balcony were the highlights. We could watch the blue angels from the pool deck. We would stay here again.

Great location and wonderful place

We loved staying here! The location was perfect for our teenagers as they could walk to just about everything. We saw dolphins often in the morning while enjoying the wonderful balcony. Jean was super sweet and even texted us to warn us about storms that might be in our way on our drive home. Can’t say enough good things about their condo and their hospitality!
