Luxury Gulf-Front 3BR at Portofino - Gulf & Sound Views

Welcome to Sugar Sands & Sunsets, our 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath condo at Portofino Island Resort. With beautiful views of both the Gulf and Santa Rosa Sound, a spacious private balcony, room for up to 10 guests, and access to Portofino's resort amenities, it's a great place for families and friends to enjoy Pensacola Beach together.

The open living and dining area is surrounded by windows and water views, with plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to gather. Step outside onto the large balcony for morning coffee, an evening drink, or simply some time taking in the Gulf and Sound. There's also an electric grill on the balcony when you'd rather cook with a view.

The full kitchen includes modern appliances, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender and toaster oven, along with a beverage cooler, stand-alone ice maker and wet bar. High-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs and an in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays comfortable too.

You'll have access to multiple outdoor pools and whirlpools, an indoor heated pool, Spa Portofino, fitness center, five HydroCourt tennis courts, water activities and rentals, on-site dining, seasonal activities and beaches on both the Gulf and Santa Rosa Sound.

The Lifestyle Center is the heart of the resort and home to restaurants, the indoor pool, spa, fitness center, market and concierge. Bike rentals, paddleboarding, kayaking and other activities are available through the resort, and the concierge can help you explore what's available during your stay.

When you want to venture beyond Portofino, you're close to Gulf Islands National Seashore, Pensacola Beach Pier, Fort Pickens, dolphin cruises, fishing, biking and everything else Pensacola Beach has to offer.

A few things to know before your stay:

Guests check in through Portofino's Central Reception and must provide a credit card for incidentals. The minimum rental age is 25, and photo ID is required at check-in.

The condo receives a starter supply of basic kitchen, laundry and bathroom essentials. Daily housekeeping is not included, and beach and pool towels are not provided.

Golf carts, motorcycles, RVs, boats and trailers are not permitted beyond the resort gates.
