Location

Loved the private beach access, right outside of the condo. All of the items included with the Condo were great for the kids, my wife and me. Would stay again, and highly recommend to any family looking for a beachside stay!

Perfect location for bay side or ocean side!

So we found place very nice and roomy! We caught some rain but we never felt cooped up! It was just my wife and i but if you had small children this unit would be perfect! Our 7th trip to navarre/ pensacola area, this property ranks up top! Only bad thing is your kids wont want to leave! Thanks to the owners

Confusion on check out and when renting.

When the cleaning lady came Monday morning I told her we were there until Tuesdsy then at 4 the other renters came and we was still there. Did not have a good communication with the manager 😕 but they did accommodate both parties. Sorry for the mess up I feel both parties me and management is a little to blame.

Wonderful beach house

Wonderful!! Loved being right on the beach, no elevators or long walks to get there. Had lots of extras, beach umbrella , chairs, toys and kayaks. Definitely would stay again! Only problem we had was we arrived at 345 and check in is literally at 4. Couldnt open key lockbox until 4.

A great little beach getaway! Walk out the back door right on to the white sand.

Looks like the overall property is under a renovation. The interior could use a little updating, but we were quite happy with it because it has the beach right out the back door!

Great location!

Nice condo, direct sand access to the bay side and a very short walk to beautiful Pensacola Beach. Spacious property with 2 en suite bedrooms upstairs, full kitchen living room and half bath downstairs. The property was clean, the kitchen was stocked with everything you need except the food and the bed linens and towels are good quality. Really enjoyed the condo, definitely recommend!

Not as advertised!!

This place is overpriced. I can only give a summary because there are so many things wrong with this place. The furniture in the pics are not the same furniture in the unit and on the patio. The patio furniture is too tall for anyone to sit. It is more suited for children. One of the couches doesn't have legs on it. Everything is very uncomfortable. Everything inside is dated. The rugs were nasty. The TV is big but its 480p. Couldn't hook anything to it. The movie selection is over 20 years old. The water never got hot only warm. The dryer never got hot. It took 3 times drying clothes for them to get almost dry. Had to iron them dry. The floor is leaning so bad you can see the chandelier is crooked.. The wall sockets in the living area would not hold anything and the one in the kitchen was loose from the wall. There were no extra blankets or pillows. The wasnt even a king sized bed. The bedroom picture is deceiving. There is not a foot rest. One of the remotes batteries kept falling out because it doesn't have a back on it. The view was decent consider they said it was an ocean view but its not. It a view into the bay. Then you are asked to wash the towels on your way out. We didnt feel the owner of this unit has any care or pride. The garage area was junky and just filthy. We have visited Pensacola Beach before recently and have paid less per night and received more for our money. We never saw any management on site. It seems as though this unit is just a cash cow for the owner. It needs to be closed down and renovated. If people are paying right at or over $200 a night it should feel like it. We could have gone to a hotel and got a better experience. we actually stayed right across the streer 2 years ago and the experience was much better. You cant enjoy yourself if your environment is not a happy place for your money.

Peaceful stay..

My family really enjoyed the stay. It was nice and clean, beautiful view from the bedroom, and nice washer/dryer. They’re are lots of movies to watch and the internet connection was great. It was a nice getaway.

Nice getaway

We came to Pensacola Beach for a wedding. This property was located very close to where the wedding was held. We really enjoyed the property and its location. It was right on the bay and had a nice sandy beach out front. The unit was very nice and functional. There were a few small things that could have been improved upon - there was no ironing board so it made ironing my dress rather difficult. I had to use the bed. The ice maker on the refrigerator did not work so we had to buy ice. One of the couches does not have its legs anymore so that sat really low to the ground and there was no hair dryer, so I am glad I brought my own. I also wanted to use the bike in the storage unit but the code they provided did not seem to work. That was minor as we had a chance to enjoy the beach and the bay. Overall, it was a nice stay and would stay there again.

A little piece of paradise

Perfect accommodations for us. Had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing and awesome stay at the beach. Would definitely use again and cannot wait until we can go again!

Photos can be deceiving

After contacting the Vacasa concerning the problems with this unit, within 2 hours, we were able to leave after two days of a 14-day stay. The icemaker was frozen over and refrigerator would not cool below 44. Legs on one of the sofas were missing. The sliding glass door screen was torn open. The outdoor chairs had holes in the seats and would be dangerous to sit in. One of the bedroom fan/light's chain switches were missing so inoperable. One of the shower heads dripped constantly. One of the commodes ran constantly. One of the bathrooms fans would not circulate. The outdoor grill was full of sand and old beer cans and vent was rusted shut. The bicycles were unusable. The unit still had a tea kettle with tea bags on the stove and black hairs were in the shower so cleaning was lacking, etc etc. These issues didn't occur overnight and must have been reported but evidently the owners don't care enough to fix anything. Avoid this rental at all cost.

Price was right

The location was great but they need to update a few things. The foldout couch had no mattress left it was all springs so two of my kids had to sleep on top of the couch which wasn't comfortable or big enough. It says online it sleeps 6 but without a proper foldout couch, it does not. The vents had black stuff all of them. I would get them cleaned. I'm glad we only stayed two nights. Thankfully, the price and the location was good. The master bedroom had a comfortable mattress but the second one was old. The views were pretty and the beach was private.

wondeful and well worth the money

I took my girl down there and we called at the last minute to book. They staff on the phone was great, check-in and out was easy and the place was a paradise. It was so peaceful my girl did not want to come home. We are going to bring the kids back this summer and the snow white beach was beautiful as well. I would recommend this to anybody as this was the best time we had in a long time at this beautiful place. ALSO, you must eat at peg legs which is just down the road as the food was a 5 out of 5 as well. What a great couples getaway (very romantic) but also it is defiantly enough room for a big family. Overall I am very glad we stayed there and she was very happy as well, lol. Thx!

Vacasa managed property-rent somewhere else

Price advertised is misleading with many extra fees including LARGE cleaning fee for a property in desperate need of cleaning, updating and repairs. Pictures are not accurate and reviews in my opinion must be bogus. Rental company made no effort to address concerns or compensate me for condition of the property. Very poor reflection on VRBO.

Convenient to bay. Condo needs updates and better managemebt

We rented for the Fourth of July. We were pleased with the location and convenience to the Bay of this unit. It is not close to the gulf. The unit allows use of many amenities which was nice. The condo is very dated inside, and carpeted. The mattresses are very old and uncomfortable. One is being supported underneath by a laundry basket. We also had a door handle break and it posed a hazardous situation. I called the local manager, and I emailed , and we got no response our entire stay.
