This complex is in a wonderful location, just a few steps from the white sand beach and close to great local options for shopping, dining, and entertainment. When you're not swimming or kayaking in the turquoise Gulf of Mexico, you can check out the Gulf Breeze Zoo, the Pensacola Lighthouse, the Pensacola Children's Museum, and the Naval Aviation Museum. Sports fans can even catch a Pensacola Blue Wahoos game at Admiral Fetterman Field!

Great place! They’ve made some changes in paint and flooring since the pics were taken but it still looks great. Only thing that seems dated is the carpet on the stairs. Excellent location with easy walk to the beach and we loved the included beach toys, floats, etc. they have for guests in the garage. My only real Issue with the place is that unfortunately the smallest sound carries through the whole house. It’s like the walls inside the place are paper thin. However, we didn’t hear our neighbors at all, so that was good. Overall, this was a good value for the price and we really enjoyed our stay!

Great location, beach wasn’t very busy, 2 minute walk to the Gulf, quiet area, 2 minute walk to trolley. Grill and washing machine were not functional which is a big reason for the rating.

Great

Overall, it was a great location listed exactly like we wanted and Moore. The only problem was. I kept getting text from the people saying about a disturbance or just constant texting me when I was trying to be on the beach trying to enjoy my vacation about a bunch of stuff that had nothing to do with us. A lot of the questions should be asked when we are completely finished with our vacation not during our time there.

Better details would of been helpful

The property was nice and the location was great but there are some issues. The door handle to the deck was very loose and we got locked out twice until I found a neighbor who had a screwdriver, two days later it was loose again. The front door handle felt like was going to break every time you closed the door. The washer took multiple times on spin to get the clothes ready for the dryer. The dryer worked great. Half way through the trip the gate code stopped working. All of this has been manageable but the issues is, I saw what appeared to be roaches in the display of the stove. I relayed this with pictures to my property contact and was told someone would be out but never seen anyone. The property contact was very polite and friendly.

Location is EVERYTHING!

Just rent it! It's all about location. This is super close to the beach. The house isn't fancy. Feels a little outdated, but it's cozy. The fridge does not get cold enough, even on the coldest setting. Our canned drinks would not cool even overnight. We had to toss out some amazing leftovers because we did not want to risk that they werent kept fresh at a cold enough temp. We did not bring this to the attention of management as it was a mild inconvenience. They do need to get that checked though. We were not supplied any linens for the sofa bed so we had to make do. Also, the owner's vehicle is parked in the garage. Not a complaint, just a head's up since we anticipated to be able to park both of our vehicles inside the garage. Back patio is nice and has a table and chairs so you can sit outside. Also, we had both Amazon and Instacart deliver here with no issues. The house is comfortable and you won't be spending much time there with all there is to see and do in Pensacola anyway.

Pensacola Family Beach Week

Great location, steps from the beach. TV was broken for four days and we repeatedly called and texted and finally on the fourth day someone was sent out. The curtain rod over the patio door broke the first time I opened the patio door and it was never replaced, but it was taken down, so it would not fall again. Be dining room table was dirty and sticky upon our arrival, and the sheets on two beds did not fit properly. A housekeeper did show up on the fourth day to fix the sheets. In my estimation, more attention needs to be taken to make sure the rental is ready for occupancy.

Good but not great… Some safety concerns

We are frequent visitors to Pensicola and know the area well with that said this is a good location. Pros: 1) Fast and friendly check in process. Little challenge with a gate but neighbors were friendly and assisted quickly. 2) Rental company is responsive and fallowed up on check in. 3) Great location block away from beach. We used public beach access block away it was less crowded. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. Lots of friendly people and enjoyed conversations with neighbors. Cons: 1) Very slow WIFi. I was averaging 2mg download speeds and could not work from my laptop so had to get hotspot out of my car. Netflix would get stuck and stop buffering. Unfortunately kids were constantly complaining about WiFi speeds even though we tried to get them outside. 2) Not the cleanest place. Mattress below the cover had blood and some tissues were left in couch cushions. Bottom of feet were dark from the floors. Pillows had stains. There was musky smell present but it’s FL and beach life so we did not pay so much attention to this. Brought plenty of wipes and our own linens. Areas of concern: Screws sticking out of the stairs. Noticed it but forgot to report it. One night walking down the outside steps got snugged on one sticking out and tumbled about 2 steps down and twisted ankle. Thank goodness it was on last night. That should be fixed it’s incorrectly mounted and unsecured. Also no beach chairs but plenty kids toys added some of ours to collection in the garage.

Perfect townhouse by the beach. Loved the location, the beds, the grill on the balcony, the plentiful towels and the 2 car garage (though the garage door had to open/close by hand because the opener wouldn't). 4 adults and 3 small kids had a blast here.

Perfect for our family of 5 with room to spare. Beach toys included in the garage & beach service provided by the management company. Pool was conveniently right outside our back deck and beach very close by too.

Clean, comfortable, great location

Overlooks pool and it’s a short walk to boardwalk leading to beach. Garage has beach chairs and lots of sand toys. Inside looks newly refurbished except for carpet. Only downside is small sparse kitchen. We would stay there again.

Perfect location for a perfect weekend getaway

ENJOYED out stay in Pensacola Beach for our son's wedding. It was a little chilly out but that didn't stop us from having a good time and celebrating.

Some condos need serious updating.

The garage door didn't work and no one fixed it after we called. There was no coffee maker in the unit but they brought one the day after we checked in. The outlets and lights didn't work in the upstairs guest bedroom. There was practically no light in the upstairs guest bath. The carpet upstairs was woefully dirty and worn. The teflon in the pots and pans was scratched to the point of leeching into the food. There was no regular spatula to make eggs. There was no scouring pad to clean the pots. This unit should be seriously updated or not rented out at all.

Anniversary trip

Great Place to stay for Anniversary trip. We had two families, with 6 kids, we had plenty of storage and space. Kitchen is a little small but is very well stocked. House had stand up paddle boards, sand toys, floats and umbrellas. Having a washer a dryer was great! And the location to the beach and pool was perfect
