The property is easy to access by paved roads and driveway.  One car garage is good for car or bike storage.  Good WiFi signal and most cell phone carriers will get a signal here.  Smart TV's in living room and master bedroom.  There is a ten acre trach behind this property with trails cut in and guests are encouraged to explore.  Possible wildlife sightings including deer, turkey, rabbits and bears.
From the front porch in addition to the mountain view, there is a beautiful open meadow with a pituresque old barn that is simply beautiful to view.  The yard is landscaped to include many types of flowering shrubs and trees, both native species and imported.
