Very nice and quiet neighborhood and the house was clean. Would recommend this place for a short stay. Large back porch and screened in fence for dogs. Big refrigerator too with ice maker. "This place was awesome! Owners/contact was extremely responsive. Answering within seconds. House and property were secluded and everything they advertised. Fully equipped kitchen, outdoor space, etc. even had garage space to park in. Ton of room in the house. Great views and access to brevard. We will definitely be back to rent this place."

"The house is located in a dangerous neighborhood surrounded by homeless shelters (Sharing House, The Haven, the food pantry) and this is not part of the house location description. There was noise, indigent people laying on the sidewalks, and standing in groups, and public drinking in groups outside within 50 feet of the house at all hours. It is totally unsafe. It is not the peaceful mountain retreat advertised. The house itself also has problems. The shower leaks loudly constantly. The...

"This home was very clean and had plenty of extras to make our stay comfortable. There is some road noise but I expected this based on the proximity to the main road and it did not disrupt our stay at all. I chose this house for the location that is super easy to get to and a close drive to the parkway entrance and all the things we wanted to see and only minutes to the grocery store and restaurants. The kitchen had all the things we needed for cooking dinner and all the rooms were very clean."

The twinkle lights the wonderful espresso maker and this will be the go-to place to stay every time I visit Brevard from now on.
