The kindness and love of Manager Shiina, the amazing and fantastic Chef Ishii, Chef & resident Francophile Mrs. Keiko, Nagajima, and Thai speaker Saiparn are what guests remember. When I was young, I worked at a family hotel in Aspen (Snowmass) and the guests that returned so wanted to see a friendly face from years prior. ...

"餐點非常好吃，不論是夕食的9道菜精緻套餐，還是早午飯時段的特色拉麵店，都使用了地道的食材及獨創的調理方法，讓人一試難忘。 住宿房間寬敞，而且十分整潔，環境十分舒服。 唯一缺點是沒有電梯，或許會為你帶來不便，但服務員都十分親切，願意幫忙把行李拿上樓。 所處位置也十分優越，不單是最靠近JR余市站的住宿設施，也十分接近余市Nikka蒸餾廠，非常方便。"
