"This place is rather dated and needs updates and repairs. Broken kitchen drawer, toilet runs on after every flush, mickey-mouse shower set up, we were obligated to clean pool every day if we wanted to use it, wifi faded in and out, and it generally felt like 'economy' lodging. A bit disappointing. Location is a short walk to beach, which we really liked."

"Staff was easy to communicate with, they’ll send you a message on Expedia, then contacted me on what’s app (most of Costa Rica uses this). They sent me a pin to check-in location. Parking is provided in secure lot, right out side of condo. They give you a key that opens the automatic gate. Multiple pools on site. "I highly recommend Z102 Studios. The property was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos. We had a great stay! The property was super clean and well-equipped. We stayed as a family with two kids. The space felt very private and quiet, and the pool was perfect! The host was also very accommodating and allowed us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. We were so happy with our stay!"

"Staff was incredibly welcoming and kind! 100% make sure you have the address dialed in before arriving. The maps are all over the place. Once we finally got there we were very happy. As described: noisy busy streets, clean-safe bedroom to crash in, communal hostel like kitchen, balcony, living room and front yard. Was cozy, and paid exactly for what was advertised. Would stay again if I needed a one night near the airport. Wouldn't stay long term unless on a tight budget, then I totally would!...
