Green Turtle Condo Las Palmas Playas del Coco

Green Turtle is a great community in the subdivision of Las Palmas in Playas del Coco in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. The community itself has aside from the condos a very nice pool, a Ranchito for activities and BBQs and a laundry room that all guests can use. Walking distance from the beach as well as shops, restaurants, stores, and activities. El Pueblito shopping center is considered the gastronomic area of the town with some of the best-rated restaurants on Trip Advisor.
- Make sure you rinse sand before entering and showering in the condo.

- Be kind with the AC and use at 23C or higher. And turn AC units off when not in the condominium. As for rentals over 1 week there is $50 cap.

- Do not throw toilet paper into the toilet, please.

- If you smoke, your deposit will be forfeited. On top of that, you will be charged an extra amount to cover for the services of getting rid of the odor in the unit.

- No pets are allowed.

- No parties/events are allowed.
