"Pros: This is a beautiful house, very well equipped, with a fine garden and a great pool for cooling off in, as well as a roof terrace for star gazing on warm summer nights. It is a short walk to the sea and exceptional snorkeling in the Plemmirio marine protected area, while beautiful Ortigia is only 20 minutes away in the car. Eleonora (and her mother must also have an honourable mention!) could not have been more welcoming or more responsive whenever we had a question or issue. Cons: Having...

"Pros: - Very friendly and helpful host family - Perfect location, close to the beach and the city - Modern house with all amenities you need - Easy parking - Pool is nice in summer"

"We stayed at Villa Gioia for a week and would thoroughly recommend a visit here! From start to finish our interactions with Riccaardo were great, he was very welcoming and made us feel at home in the Villa, as well as providing information in the run up to our arrival. The villa itself is beautifully presented and has everything you need - special thanks to Riccardo for the welcome basket, and extra treats delivered throughout our stay! The location is perfect for exploring the Southern part of...

"House provides lots of spaces, especially the living-room opened to the kitchen and one bedroom. Every room is pretty clean as well. The swimming pool is great and bring a very positive expérience. Natale the Host was very responsive to our requests which focused on the many missing dishes (wine cocktail ans water glasses, ramekins, bowls, plates,....) We would have preferred everything to be checked and fixed before our arrival.. The BBQ is a very old and does not invite to use it. Sea side...

"Pros: Poolen,"
