"This hotel was booked by my elderly mother in error (we were in Tobermory, Scotland and booked in Tobermory, Canada). We were stranded on an island with limited electricity during a storm and needed a place to sleep that same night. Within 30 minutes we noticed the mistake and notified the hotel. After several hours of calls and emails we were told that a 7 day cancellation policy applies and that we would lose all of the money. These are the kind of people who run the hotel, take advantage of...

"Room was clean, had air conditioning, mini fridge, microwave and Tv that worked. All balcony’s had water view but it’s across the street and no place to swim. Was 1 km from downtown which is great and lots of parking"

"The location is nice but the room was disappointing. Very small and outdated. No big fresh coffee option in the morning. Just a small (very small) coffee thing in the room and checkout was 10:30 which seemed earlier than other places"
