"A fabulous place to stay. We were greeted with a very welcoming pot of coffee after a long journey. We were told of things to do, places to eat but as we were going to a wedding the day after we couldn't do any walking. The room was clean and the bed so comfortable and lovely toiletries were in the bathroom. The breakfast the following morning was incredible, better than a lot of smart hotels we have stayed in. "We had a fantastic stay at the butchers arms. They were very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with another hotel and Andrew and his team couldn’t do enough for us. What a lovely place to stay. "Quaint hotel in beautiful location near footpaths leading to good walks in the countryside. The room was reasonably comfortable, though a little hot for a Summer day. Our room did not face the valley and so had no special view. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the breakfast was very good, especially the coffee.
