"Une adresse exceptionnelle dans un cadre fantastique. Une superbe découverte qui a contribué à la réussite de notre week-end. Les chambres avec vue sur la baie depuis le bâtiment principal sont une merveille. Tout le confort avec une vue magnifique. Hôtel très calme, restauration également parfaite incluant le petit-déjeuner. Rien à reprocher."

"Very accommodating to early check in request. A very cosy little cottage just a tiny bit on the small side. Two suitcases - not a lot of space to have them both open. Very clean, great area - peaceful and beautiful grounds - views were lovely. Would def stay there again if in Victoria. Was not able to take advantage of the breakfast unfortunately, but the menu looked delicious!"

"The price for this hotel does not reflect the services provided / lack of knowledge of the current employees. Communication was an issue. Supper was so terrible. Although it was nice to be offered a “to go” breakfast as our flight left very early, it was terrible. Bread was beyond dry, server in the patio lounge seemed like he was brand new as well as the gentleman checking people in. It seemed that they were on day 1 of work there. The room we were in had carpet that was not very clean looking....

"The property was over priced for what it is , I had called the hotel to ask about adjusting dates due to a family emergency and the front desk person stated she would contact the manager and get back to me but I never heard anything and no mention at check in either ……. The hotel is okay but I would expect better at the rate they charge , they did however give a water bottle at check in but I’d preferred they keep the gift and charge appropriately………"
